This project is a significant part of the “City Entrance” plan of the Jerusalem Municipality and the Israel Land Authority. In a densely populated area, next to the light rail, high-speed rail, and the central bus station, two 43-story towers will be built, with offices, commercial space, hotels, and residential apartments. Due to operational difficulties in accessing the site from the street, a dedicated entry point was opened on the nearby tunnel road.
