Ir Olam, a 132-acre mixed-use complex, is being built in the historic flour mill area of Givat Shaul, in a central location near the new Interchange 16 and the light rail. The complex will include three 28-32 story residential towers, a 32-story office tower, a medical center, educational institutions, and parks.
