A residential and office space tower is being built in the new “City Entrance” plan of Jerusalem, near the high-speed train station and the ICC Jerusalem convention center. The tower will rise to a height of 40 stories, making it the tallest tower in Jerusalem. The Marom Tower will include residential apartments, offices, and commercial space, with the first eight floors designated for exhibitions and a convention center.
