Complex 5 is an urban renewal project involving the demolition of 58 old residential units in three terraced houses. Three new buildings of 9, 12, and 18 stories, are being constructed in their place, as well as four kindergartens, commercial floors, and an underground parking lot. Four STL230 luffing cranes are participating in the project, enabling precise and efficient execution in a regenerated urban environment.
