The Ha’oman 18 logistics warehouse project is built on a 15 dunams plot and consists of a ground floor and three upper levels. A key challenge of the design was ensuring direct access for cargo trucks and 40-foot containers on multiple levels. To make this possible, the project required lifting exceptionally large and heavy prefabricated elements. A giant Potain MD 560 B crane with a lifting capacity of up to 25 tons was selected, which is designed precisely for this type of work.
