In a particularly dense urban area, on HaArba’a Street west of Sarona Market, the second tower in the Landmark project is being built—a 30-story commercial tower with 11 residential floors, above 6 underground parking floors.
Two linked luffing cranes are operating on the project, enabling efficient, continuous, and safe work in complex, crowded conditions. To assist subcontractors in transporting raw materials to the building and to free the crane from bottlenecks as a critical route in the construction of the core and shell, a feeder—an additional lifting arm—is used.
